1. 服務性質說明： 本公司所提供之網站架設、程式開發、網頁設計等服務，均屬「依消費者要求所為之客製化給付」，依據《消費者保護法》第19條規定，排除七天鑑賞期之適用。
2. 階段性退費機制： 若因客戶因素需終止專案，將依專案進度執行比例進行結算與退費：
簽約後至設計初稿交付前： 扣除合約總額之 [20%] 作為行政處理費與前置溝通費用後，退還餘額。
初稿交付後至程式開發前： 扣除合約總額之 [50%] 後，退還餘額。
程式開發階段至驗收完成前： 恕不接受退費要求。
3. 無法退費之項目：
已代客戶購買之網域 (Domain Name)。
已啟用之虛擬主機 (Hosting) 或雲端服務費用。
已完成之客製化程式開發部分。
4. 退款程序： 申請退費請以書面或 Email 通知。經雙方確認專案進度後，本公司將於 14 個工作天內將款項退回指定帳戶（匯款手續費由申請方負擔）。
